Myroomie - the pioneers in structured, professionally managed student accommodation seeks a dynamic Resident Manager for its campus in Bangalore.
This position is a stay in resident manager position for a Lady, accommodation for about 100-200 girls, complete with all modern amenities. The position is responsible for:
Overseeing daily activities on the property including front desk operations, booking and customer services.
Responsible for operational efficiency and student satisfaction.
Overseeing property maintenance and appearances. Is responsible for smooth functioning, upkeep. maintenance of the accommodation premises. Typically resides on the property and responds to emergencies immediately.
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Typically requires 5 to 8 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor or manager of a similar 2 to 3 Star hotel...
Qualifications: Hotel Management Diploma or degree preferable.
Fluent in English/Hindi/kannada
Please note this is a senior level position, must have the ability to live on campus and requires complete dedication and focus. Accommodation with food will be provided along with attractive salary and perks.
